Refund policy

If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 15 days before the end of your term (via an email to admin@tecknobliss.com). Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all your data. So be clear before canceling, as Tecknobliss is not liable for any data loss or backup.

Your subscription gets renewed automatically unless or until you opt for a manual renewal.

You can upgrade or downgrade the level of our services at any time of your usage. However, Tecknobliss does not refund any fees in that case.

If you stop using our services in between the terms, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining time.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Tecknobliss service(s) for any reason without notice.

Without limiting other remedies, Tecknobliss may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you, by conviction, settlement, investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding and have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.

Even if the plan cancels in the middle of the month, no refund is issued.

Tecknobliss charges and collects in advance for the use of the SaaS service. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, Tecknobliss will calculate a prorated amount with the first payment due on signing.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for TecknoBliss (foodielov) free trial or full version, you acknowledge that you have read this refund policy and fully agree with and accept the terms laid out in this refund policy.

If you do not fully agree with or accept the terms in this refund policy, please do not order with us.
