We reserve the right to terminate any or all your use of the Service or any related website for violating prohibited uses.

You agree to provide a government-issued photo id and business identification as required for identity verification when requested.

You are aware that Tecknobliss may occasionally call you about your Account and that, for any such call(s), you may be subject to call recording. Providing your consent is not a condition of purchase of any good or service from Tecknobliss. Similarly, by giving your mobile or phone number, you consent to receive marketing text messages and calls from or on behalf of Tecknobliss that an automatic telephone dialing system may send. Again, providing consent is not a condition of purchase of any good or service from Tecknobliss.

_Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein_, Tecknobliss especially reserves the right to deny, cancel, terminate, suspend, or restrict future access to this Site or Products or any other Services (including but not limited to the right to transfer or cancel any user account) to any other User (i) whose Account or Services were terminated or suspended previously, whether due to breach of this or any other Agreement or any Tecknobliss policy, or (ii) who otherwise engages or has previously involved in inappropriate or unlawful activity while utilizing our Site or Services or Products- as determined by Tecknobliss in its sole and absolute discretion.

Suppose your purchase or account activity shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicion. In that case, Tecknobliss may cancel any of the services associated with your name, email address, or Account and close any associated Tecknobliss accounts. If Tecknobliss, in its sole discretion, determines that any conducted activity is fraudulent, Tecknobliss reserves the right to take any necessary legal action. You may be liable for monetary losses incurred by Tecknobliss, including litigation costs and damages. Some of the features of Tecknobliss's (foodielov) or the Services, and those hosted with Tecknobliss, may allow Users to view, post, publish, share, or manage

In no case shall TecknoBliss, Inc., our directors, officials, employees, affiliates, partners, agents, contractors, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any loss, claims, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or any consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of savings, data loss, replacement costs, or any other similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligences), strict liability or otherwise, arising using any of the Service or Site or any products procured while using the Service, or for any other claim related to use of the Site, Service or any product, including, but not limited to any loss, errors or deletion of any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred due to usage of the Service, Site, Product or any content posted, submitted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if already advised of these possibilities.

In exception, since some jurisdictions do not permit the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent authorized or permitted by law.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Tecknobliss's other policies and procedures, we shall use our commercially reasonable efforts to attempt to provide this Site and the Services up and running 24X7.

You acknowledge and agree that Tecknobliss Services and Site(foodielov) may be inaccessible or inoperable for multiple reasons from time to time, including, but not limited to, equipment dysfunction or malfunctions; maintenance, repairs, or replacements that we undertake periodically; or situations that are beyond our plausible control or that are not plausibly foreseeable including, but not limited to, telecommunication failure or any interruption or links, hostile network attacks or issues, network congestion or any other failure. You acknowledge and agree that we have no control over the availability of our Site(foodielov) or the Service on a continuous or uninterrupted basis and that Tecknobliss assumes no liability to you or any other party.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TecknoBliss, Inc. and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officials, directors, partners, contractors, subcontractors, service providers, suppliers, interns or trainees, and employees harmless from any such claim, including attorney's fees, made by any third party caused due to or arising out of your breach or violation of these Universal Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Suppose any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable. In that case, such provision shall, in spite of the fact, be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Although the unenforceable sections shall be considered to be put apart from these Terms of Service, such decisions shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other Terms of Service.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties engaged before the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service will remain effective unless and until terminated by you or Tecknobliss. You may terminate these Terms of Service anytime by notifying Tecknobliss that you no longer want to use our Services, Site, or Products or its discontinuation.

If, in our sole judgment, you fail to fulfill, or Tecknobliss suspect that you have been unable to comply with any or all the term and conditions or provision of this Agreement, we may terminate this Agreement at any point in time without any prior notice, and you are liable for all the due till date including the date of termination; or accordingly Tecknobliss may deny you access to its Services.

Tecknobliss expressly reserves the right to terminate, without notice to you, any and all Services where, in Tecknobliss's sole discretion, you are harassing or threatening Tecknobliss and/or any of Tecknobliss's employees.

The failure or inability of us to exercise or enforce or implement any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not lead to or constitute a waiver or elimination of the right or provision. These Terms of Service and policies or usage or operational rules posted by us on this Site or concerning The Service constitute and include the Agreement and understanding between you and us. They govern your use of the Service or Product or Site, superseding any prior or contemporaneous or synchronous agreements, communications, proposals, and commitments either via written communication or verbally, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any previous versions of the Terms of Service). You agree that one of our affiliated entities may charge your payment method.

Payment Due at Time of Order is Non-Refundable. You agree to pay the total amounts due for the Services during order placement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy. If you order more than one Service, Tecknobliss may collect the total amount due through single or multiple payments.

Price Changes: Tecknobliss reserves the right to change its prices and fees at any point, effective immediately without further notice to you.

For example, if you have opted for services for six months or a year, a price change shall occur when the services in question are renewed.

If, for any reason, Tecknobliss is unable to charge your Payment Method for the total amount owed, or if Tecknobliss receives the notification of a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute, or is charged a penalty for any fee it previously charged to your Payment Method, you agree that Tecknobliss may pursue all available lawful remedies to obtain payment, including but not limited to, immediate cancellation, without notice to you, of any product or Services registered or renewed on your behalf. Tecknobliss also reserves the right to charge you reasonable "administrative" fees" for (i) tasks Tecknobliss may perform outside the normal scope of its Services, (ii) additional time and/or costs Tecknobliss may incur in providing its Services, and/or (iii) your non-compliance with this Agreement. Typical administrative or processing fee scenarios include but are not limited to

• * Customer service issues that require additional personal time or attention;
• * Disputes that require accounting or legal services, whether performed by Tecknobliss staff or by outside firms retained by Tecknobliss;
• * You are recouping all costs and fees incurred by Tecknobliss, including the cost of Services due to chargebacks or other payment disputes brought by you, your bank, or the Payment Method processor.

These administrative or processing fees will be charged to the registered Payment Method you have on file with Tecknobliss.

From time to time, Tecknobliss may offer new Beta Services (limited access services or new features to existing Services) in a pre-released version known as Beta Services. If you agree to use our Beta Services, then your consent to agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You acknowledge and agree that the Beta Services are pre-release versions, mostly mainly for pre-release testing and bug finding, and may not work correctly;
2. You acknowledge and agree that your use the Beta Services, you may encounter the unusual risk of operational failure or malfunctioning;
3. The Beta Services are provided as-is, so we do not suggest using them in production or critical prime services or mission-critical environments;
4. Tecknobliss reserves the right to recreate, change, dismiss, or modify any aspect of the Beta Services at any point in time;
5. The final commercial version of Beta Services may be entirely different, both technically and functionally; the program used for Beta Service may not work with the commercial or further released versions.
6. Tecknobliss may limit the availability of customer service support time dedicated to the support of Beta Services;
7. You acknowledge and agree to give your feedback regarding user experience while using Beta Services via feedback form or email with valuable information regarding errors, ease of usage, user-friendliness, or any other glitches that you faced while using it so that we can improvise, and resolve the problems.
8. You acknowledge and agree that Tecknobliss may track your usage behavior and collect data to understand your interaction with our Beta Services via tracking and analytics;
9. You acknowledge and agree that all information or feedback regarding your use of the Beta Services, including your experience and opinions, is confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party or for any purpose except providing feedback to Tecknobliss;
10. The Beta Services are provided "as is ", "as available", and "with all faults".
11. You acknowledge and agree that Tecknobliss may use your feedback or information for any purpose, including product development. In addition, at Tecknobliss's request, you will provide us with comments and feedback that we may use publicly for press materials, promotion, and marketing assurance. All intellectual property inherent in your feedback or arising from using the Beta Services shall be owned exclusively by Tecknobliss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tecknobliss disclaims any and all warranties (legal, express, or implied warranties), concerning Beta Services, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of the title, of commercially acceptable quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We have zero tolerance for the transmission of spam. Therefore, we monitor all traffic and activities to and from our web servers for spamming and maintain spam abuse complaints to register allegations of spam abuse. In addition, an investigation is done for any such activities using our services or products. If we determine there is spamming, we will take the appropriate and required action, including legal action, to resolve the situation.
